Moving your existing documents into FileGuard just became much easier. The Import Centre allows businesses to bulk import documents, helping new users get organised without uploading everything one file at a time.
Getting started with FileGuard is now even easier. The Import Centre lets you bring your existing records into FileGuard in bulk instead of uploading files one at a time.
What you can do with the Import Centre:
- Upload many documents at once and match them to the right compliance items.
- Import a spreadsheet of existing items, categories and key dates.
- Assign the same expiry, due or issue dates to multiple rows in one step with bulk date assignment.
- Review everything before it is committed, so nothing lands in the wrong place.
The Import Centre is available to all FileGuard organisations, and admins, managers and editors can use it.
If you are moving from spreadsheets, shared drives or paper folders, this is the fastest way to get your compliance records into FileGuard and start receiving reminders straight away.
